We inform you that, in accordance with the public health emergency situation and international impact as a result of COVID-19, we conducted a face-to-face survey with the Federal Police Department of the city of São Paulo today (03/20/2020).
In this way, all appointments in the month of MARCH / 2020 (even if previously scheduled) are canceled.
Regarding the activities / services for APRIL / 2020, there isn't an official position, not even the confirmation that the registrations already scheduled will be completed.
However, we will follow the situation and in case of any news we will publish a new informative Bulletin.
Furthermore, the Federal Police are still available to deal with cases of extreme need and / or indispensable conditionfor the urgent exercise of essential rights. However there is no precise definition of these situations, therefore, all cases will be dealt with individually. In case of doubt, kindly contact us.
It is worth mentioning that since yesterday's date, March 19th, no type of temporary visa / residence is being registered by the Federal Police of São Paulo.
Finally, it is reiterated that according to an official statement (https://bit.ly/33A4KTn) the migratory deadlines are suspended, resuming the counting at the end of the public health emergency situation, under a new guidance from the General Coordination of Immigration Police.
