The Ministry of State from Justice and Public Security published the Ordinance No. 222, on May 19, 2020, delegating competence to the Director of Immigration Department (National from Secretariat of Justice) and in situations of impediments and legal/occasional absences, to the legal substitute, for decision on the following omitted cases of the respective standards/matters listed below:
Interministerial Ordinance 201, art. 8th - waterway transportation;
Interministerial Ordinance 203, art. 7th - air transportation;
Interministerial Ordinance 204, art. 7th - land transportation.
